How long do I have to return my goods?

Products that are not worn and have been purchased on can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

When we receive your returns safe and sound, we will let you know via email or telephone.

We will process your refund, via the original payment method, within seven (7) days of receiving your return.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods

Products you think may be faulty can be returned at any time, using our returns procedure.

We will examine the returned goods and notify you of our findings. If we accept we are at fault we will notify you via e-mail and refund you within seven days.

Please take care to ensure that the returns forms have been fully completed before sending your goods back.

Return postage is at your own cost and risk unless unless the shoes are being returned as faulty or damaged in which instance we will refund any reasonable postage costs* if proof of the cost of postage is provided.

When requesting an exchange of products in your order, additional delivery costs may be charged.

We cannot accept any returns, delivered in person to our address.
