Ordering

  • What happens after I place my order?

Within an hour, you will receive an email confirming your order and delivery details, please check this thoroughly to ensure it is all correct. If you have any questions or problems, please do not hesitate to call and speak to us on +44 (0) 203 3021419

Shipping

  • Can I track my order?

Our courier partners offer a full tracking facility, so you can stay up to-date on the whereabouts of your order. When your order first ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • What happens if I am not in to accept my order?

Where possible, please use an address where we will be able to physically hand the goods to either the named person on the order or a trusted adult.

If there is nobody to accept your delivery, a card will be left letting you know we tried to deliver and providing details on how to rearrange delivery.

  • How much does shipping cost?

  • Can I place an International order?

Yes. Please refer to our delivery and returns policy for costs and terms.

 

Returns 

  • How long do I have to return my goods?

Products that are not worn and have been purchased on www.sledgers.com , can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Products deemed to be faulty can be returned at any time, following our returns procedure. Upon safe receipt of all returns, we will let you know via email.

  • How long before I receive my refund?

We will process your refund within seven days or receiving your return.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you or your refund via email within seven days.

We will process your refund as soon as possible and always within seven days of the day we confirm via e mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money via the original payment card.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  • How do I return my goods?

Please see our returns policy, which will take you through the process step by step. Please note that we cannot accept any returns, delivered personally to our address. Please also take care to ensure that the returns forms are fully completed. Return postage is at your own costs and risk.

  • How should I clean my products?

All our products are handmade from quality leathers that do require protection and regular cleaning. Regular cleaning will extend and enhance the life of your shoes.

We recommend that your shoes are treated prior to wearing, as often rain and extreme weather conditions (snow or ice) can cause indelible stains that cannot be removed.

Once this has been done, we recommend that conventional coloured or natural shoe polish is used to nourish the leather and refresh and revitalise the colour of your shoes.

We do not recommend:

Submerging your shoes in water or using solvents to clean the products.

Exposing products to extreme temperatures.

Commercial dry cleaning or home washing / drying laundry appliances.
