Ordering FAQs.

  • After the order is complete what happens?

Within an hour you will receive an e mail confirming your order and delivery details, please check this thoroughly to ensure all the data is correct. If you have any questions or problems with the confirmation, please do not hesitate to call and speak to us on +44 (0) 203 567 1182.

Shipping FAQs.

  • Can I track my order?

Part of the service offered by our nominated courier is a full tracking facility, to allow you to track your order, which includes the up to-date whereabouts of your order.

  • What happens if I am not in to accept my order?

Where possible please use an address where we are able to physically hand the goods to either the named person on the order or a responsible adult. If this is not the case then, a card will be left with you notifying you of an attempted delivery, with details of where you need to call to re arrange.

Returns FAQs.

  • How long do I have to return my goods?

Products that are not worn and have been purchased on www.sledgers.com , can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Products that are deemed to be faulty can be returned at any time, by using our returns procedure. Upon receipt of all returns, we will advise by either e mail or telephone of having received them.

  • How long before I receive a full refund?

We will process your refund within seven (7) days or receiving your return.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you or your refund via e mail within seven (7) days. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within seven (7) days of the day we confirm via e mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using exactly the same method originally used by you to pay for the original purchase.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.  

  • How do I return my goods?

Please follow our returns policy, by opening the appropriate attachment, which when open will take you through the process step by step. Please note that we cannot accept any returns, delivered personally to our address. Please also take care of ensuring that the returns forms are completed 100% before sending the goods back to us. Return postage is at your own costs and risk.

  • How should I clean my products?

All our products are manufactured with quality leathers that do require protection and regular cleaning, by regular cleaning the life of your shoes will be enhanced.

We recommend that your shoes are treated where possible prior to wearing, as often rain and extreme weather conditions (snow or ice) can often cause indelible stains that cannot be removed.

Once this has been undertaken, we recommend that conventional coloured or natural shoe polish is used to nourish the leather and at the same time refresh and revitalise the colour of the shoes.

We do not recommend the following.

Submerging in water or using solvents to clean the products.

Exposing products to extreme temperatures.

Commercial dry cleaning or home washing / drying laundry appliances.
