Delivery Policy

 

We offer a range of delivery options when ordering products on our Sledgers website. You can choose the delivery method that best suits your needs.

Express Delivery - £4.95 (England & Wales)

  • Next working day delivery on orders placed before 2pm. (England & Wales postcodes ONLY)
  • Delivery is during business hours Monday to Friday (UK)
  • For this service select 'Next Day' delivery at checkout.

Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

When your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email from our external courier service, where you will find a tracking number.  If during the order process you provide a mobile telephone number, this information will also be sent via text message.

Please Note:

  • It is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned timeframes, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.
  • We will be unable to change the delivery address on orders after checkout.
  • If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of products, the carrier will leave a notification card. NB: The driver will only leave a card if there is safe place to do so, if not the courier will contact you to re-arrange delivery.
  • Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.
  • All products are shipped from our warehouse in London, UK.

We do not deliver in British Overseas Territories, the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, British Forces Post Offices, Livigno, Vatican City, Dutch Overseas Territories, French Overseas Territories, Ceuta & Melilla, Andorra, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, Busingen, Helgoland, Aland Islands, Greenland and PO Boxes.

If your country is not currently listed at checkout please contact us and we will help to arrange delivery.

Delivery charges for orders over 3 pairs will be subject to higher shipping costs. In this instance , you will be contacted by a customer service representative before your order is confirmed, with a detailed breakdown of the exact costs involved and confirmation of your approval.

 

Returns Policy.

 

How long do I have to return my goods?

Products that are not worn and have been purchased on www.sledgers.com can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Products that are deemed to be faulty can be returned at any time, by using our returns procedure. Upon receipt of all returns, we will advise by either e mail or telephone of having received them.

How long before I receive a full refund?

We will process your refund within seven (7) days of receiving your return.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you or your refund via e mail within seven (7) days. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within seven (7) days of the day we confirm via e mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using exactly the same method originally used by you to pay for the original purchase.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I return my goods?

To return goods to us, please see our returns form, where you will find a step by step explanation on how to send us your return. Please note that we cannot accept any returns, delivered in person to our address. Please also take care to ensure that the returns forms are completed 100% before sending the goods back to us.

When requesting an exchange of goods on orders, all additional carriage charges are at a cost to the customer.

Return postage is at your own costs and risk.
